Return Window:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible Items:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Gift sets must be returned complete.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Opened or used personal care items (e.g., lotions, balms)

How to Return:

Email us at finnandmilliesbaby@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once your return is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item or size, please place a new order and return the original item.
